Dinner= Pizza and Juice

Weekly Goal= Run a consistent 12.49 mile and 4 times this week.
Coming back from the rez really threw me off. I was getting ready to run on Saturday when I realized that I forgot to pack my running shoes. That blew big time! Then when I got back I was so tired that I haven’t been getting up to run and I hate to run in the evening when it’s too hot and dirty. When I run in the evening I feel like I’m running in the desert.
My goal for the upcoming week is to begin to solidify my weekly running. Getting into the groove of running during the summer. Finding stuff to do during the summer will be the biggest challenge. Maybe I should do all that filing I’ve been meaning to get to.
This morning’s run had a good time for me but I felt so slow and I attribute that to my eating habits. I’ve been a slacker although in the past couple of days I have downed more water than usual. Good for me.
I really want to buy myself some yarn so I better put my booty into gear and get these runs done. I am also pledging to only eat dessert every other day. I’m not with child anymore so I can’t justify it.
