Weekly Goal= Run a consistent 12.49 mile and 4 times this week.

1.81 miles, 11.45 min/mile PBM (personal best mile)

I really slacked off last week. I only got in 1 run plus the long run last week. I felt sluggish and I think I was missing the runner’s high and really grouchy.
Lately, my thoughts have been focused on my running group. I was thinking of incentives for perfect attendance and recognition for personal bests. I am really enjoying this aspect of my week. I feel like I’m doing good in the world.
I have been waiting for that point when your weekly runs are easy and you can get your heart rate up faster. Alas, I am still struggling with breathing easy and foot turnover. Not to mention that one of my fave running shorts are now too small? Too much baby belly?
