Hola Amigos!
I am starting to feel a little bit out of shape. Sometimes I feel like I am not trying my hardest and I don't want this feeling. I really want to run this marathon and there is no time to loose, I need to continue my path. Summers are nice and this is the best time to do it. I need fresh air and a clean, bright spirit....... Reading your blogs encourages me to keep going, but sometimes is hard........But I WON'T GIVE UP!!!!

Goal: run 3 times a week for 40 minutes.
Diet: Healthy food, no soda, no chocolates, lots of greens and carbohydrates.
